Jiangyin Huadong Machinery Co., Ltd is a professional Long Distance Belt Conveyer manufacturers and Long Distance Belt Conveyer company in China, Located in the national high-tech zone in Jiangyin city, Jiangsu province, which was founded in June, 2000 and is a private share company specializing in the R&D and manufacture of conveying machinery equipment. Long Distance Belt Conveyer
Our DX type steel wire rope core high-strength belt type long-distance conveyor adopts steel wire rope core rubber conveyor belt as the traction and bearing component, designed specifically for high-strength, large capacity, long-distance transportation needs. This conveyor has many significant advantages, including long transportation distance (single machine length can reach tens of kilometers), large capacity, high belt speed, smooth operation, and long service life of the belt, which can meet the efficient transportation needs under various extreme working conditions. This equipment is widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, water conservancy and power, chemical industry, power plants, ports and terminals, and is particularly suitable for long-distance transportation of bulk materials.

The DX type steel wire rope core high-strength belt conveyor is a powerful belt conveyor that uses steel wire rope core rubber conveyor belt as the traction load-bearing component. It has the characteristics of long transportation distance (single machine length can reach tens of kilometers), large capacity, high belt speed, stable operation, and long belt life. The D75 universal belt conveyor uses ordinary cotton canvas core rubber belt as the traction carrier, suitable for transporting scattered materials and finished items over short to medium distances. When the driving power exceeds the values specified in the table below, DTII type, DHs type or Dx type must be selected.
