1. Operation procedures before operation:

(2) Whether the tightness of the conveyor belt is appropriate, whether the transmission parts such as bearings and gears are intact, whether the safety protection devices are safe, reliable and complete, and whether the equipment grounding treatment is good.
(3) Before the conveyor officially starts to work, it should run in the air 1st, and the time should be controlled in 3-5 minutes. During this period, it should be checked whether there is any abnormal phenomenon in the motor and rotating part, whether the idler is flexible, and whether the conveyor belt slips or deviates.

2. Operation procedures in operation
(1) Start with no load 1st, and then wait until the operation is normal before the feeding operation can be carried out. It is absolutely not allowed to load 1st and then start, so as to avoid problems.
(2) The operation of the machine should be observed at any time. Once the abnormal phenomenon of the conveyor belt is found, the adjustment or maintenance should be stopped immediately.
(3) When the conveyor is working, it is not allowed to cross over the conveyor belt or pass through it below.
(4) If large pieces of material are transported, protective devices should be installed to ensure safety.
(5) When stopping, 1st cut off the power supply, and then deal with it.

3. Operation procedures after operation
(1) Wait until all the materials are unloaded before stopping the machine, and then disconnect the power supply of the equipment.
(2) Clean up the operation site and carry out daily maintenance on the equipment.

(2) Whether the upper and lower layers of the belt are worn, and whether the rib is worn.
(3) Check whether the rubber scraper of the thorough cleaning device is severely worn and cannot be in close contact with the tape. If so, debug or improve the rubber scraper.
(4) Maintain the flexible rotation of each roller of the belt conveyor, and improve the non-rotating and damaged rollers.
(5) Avoid belt deviation and keep the belt running on the core line.

(1) Regularly add oil to various bearings of the belt conveyor.
(2) All anchor screws and beam connecting screws shall be tightened with new oil.
